Paul Jaboulet Aîné Winery

jaboulet aine vineyardsThe origins of Maison Paul Jaboulet stem from a magical encounter between the hills of Hermitage in the Rhône Valley, and a family, with a passion for wine. In 1834, Antoine Jaboulet moved to Tain-l’Hermitage city with the goal of developing great wines. Everyday he worked on this challenge and worked hard in the vineyard, particularly tending to not only the vines, but also on the quality of the soil.

Today, the new owner, Caroline, makes sure the quality of work continues. With the tradition in mind, the vineyard is also progressing and utilizing biodynamic methods. Each plot of land is plowed byChapelle de Tain l'Hermitage horses and has been qualified to meet all the biodynamic standards.
