Champagne Bruno Paillard

“Bruno Paillard was born in Reims in 1953. His ancestors have been wine growers and Champagne brokers since 1704 in Bouzy and Verzenay – two of the Grand Crus of Champagne.

In 1975, Bruno opted to learn the trade as a broker, however – six years later – he decided to create his own Champagne house. His desire was to produce Champagne that differentiates from any others for its purity and elegance.

In 1981, when he was only 27 years old, Bruno sold his old MK2 Jaguar car to raise the initial capital for his Champagne house in the making. Considered to be totally crazy as in the Champagne wine region of France, at that time, nobody has established new houses for nearly a century!” taken from Bruno`s biography

The Bruno Paillard style combines elegance and complexity, a style that translates into a light and creamy effervescence, purity and true freshness. It is truly a remarkably well balanced and silky wine.

The Bruno Paillard house is the youngest and still one of the smallest Champagne houses in the world. However, the vineyard is of utmost quality which spreads over 26 hectares, 12 of which undoubtedly deserves the denomination of “Grand Cru”.
